Planning, preparation and implementation of comprehensive emergency exercises and training revision and further development of the emergency organisation including the creation of alarm and emergency plans and emergency checklists Continuous development of business continuity management (BCM) taking into account regulatory innovations and structural or processual changes within the VGH Identification of critical business processes together with the central risk owners as well as the development of appropriate measures to ensure business performance even under negative influences (e.g. cyber attacks) Cooperation in projects to further develop information risk management and information network Advising the BCM response partners in the departments Creation of BCM Reports for Management Boards and Boards Preparation and monitoring of risk bodies, audits and audits as well as BaFin requests
