You support our HR team in organizational and administrative tasks in daily business In implementing various HR topics along the Employee Lifecycle, You help with the care and administration of personal documents and the preparation of documents You participate in internal HR projects and introduce your own ideas You help us create a positive candidate and employee experience You communicate with internal interfaces and external contacts (e.g. service providers)

You are an immatricated student (m/w/d) in the field of economics, social sciences, (economic)psychology or a comparable degree course – ideally with HR-based First practical experience in the personnel sector (e.g. through an internship or training) is advantageous, but no need You work carefully, structured and reliable You have a good feeling for people and an interest in HR topics You are safe in handling MS Office – first experiences with HR tools (e.g. Personio) are a plus You bring team spirit, initiative and joy in communication in German and English
