After customised on site, in the center or one of our training center, you are our main contact for customers & the workshop team: You independently coordinate the workflows of the workshop You lead your own team of experts & together you achieve good work results As a ''screw of passion'' you support in demanding repairs You take over the execution and documentation of customer-specific vehicle checks in the digital workshop order You also contribute your expertise in working on hybrid and high-voltage vehicles During the dialog, you identify further repair needs In addition to tyre and car service, you advise customers in all matters concerning the vehicle With your deep practical knowledge, you will further develop the skills of your team

You are already or will soon make your conclusion as a motor vehicle master (m/w/d) You bring joy to customer advice & the leadership of a team You convince with very good expertise in the automotive sector as well as with experience in dealing with common computer applications Leadership experience would be desirable driving licence class B
