As a customer manager, you coordinate, organize and manage labor market services for assigned participants to create real perspectives. You address the administrative needs of assigned customers of the employment agencies or Jobcenter and other stakeholders. You provide quality and demand-oriented documentation and manage teaching materials as well as other necessary documents. You are planning and organising upcoming educational activities in coordination with the educational planner, because this is important to you. You are responsible for planning and monitoring while implementing training and training. Reception activities including telephone service and post-processing complete your activities.
