You guide your own area in our logistics center (for example mountain sports, team sports, fitness etc.).

You are responsible for recruiting, training and developing your own team. You conduct regular employee talks to motivate and promote your teammates. You control the stock of goods and ensure product availability. You plan and implement projects on your own, based on your personal interests and wishes for development.
