Your Task Area includes active participation in relevant research and consulting projects and the implementation of courses. Based on your great motivation and intensive professional support, you will be given the opportunity for targeted work on a doctorate or habilitation. They benefit from existing cooperation between the Chair and universities in Germany and abroad as well as with the economy and industry.

Setting requirements is an academic degree (master) in mathematics, statistics or in an adjacent field of expertise, which is completed with excellent results. In order to occupy an academic council (m/w/d), the prerequisite is a doctorate in mathematics, statistics or in an adjacent field of expertise, which has been completed with excellent results. Experience in computer-assisted work with software programs such as R, Python and the like are advantageous.

The necessary qualification must already be demonstrated in the application documents by appropriate certificates.
