Deputy Site Manager (m/w/d) for our units at Hamburg Central Station

As part of one of the world's largest traffic gastronomics, we operate SSP Deutschland GmbH, at railway stations, airports and detention centres our own sales points of well-known brands such as: L'Osteria, Starbucks, Frittenwerk, KFC, Burger King, Haferkater, dean&david, Kamps, ServiceStore DB and many more!

• We are looking for you as deputy location manager for our units at Hamburg HBF indefinitely and full-time.

Together with our General Manager, you take responsibility for our operating business (10 Units: Backwerk, Burger King, Starbucks, DBSS, Sportsbar). In the absence of the General Manager, you take the representation. You are responsible for the budget of your units and the fulfillment of various KPIs. In addition, you always have a look at the stock of goods and the receipt protection and control inventory You set up the schedules, ask for compliance with our quality standards and always have an open ear for our approx. 140 employees in the units on site. Direct communication with landlords, franchisers and our head office and works council is in your field of responsibility.

You have been ideally able to demonstrate your leadership skills in gastronomy, retail or hotel industry for several years. Business knowledge helps you understand the relationships and key figures. Hands-on mentality connects you with a safe occurrence. You can motivate people and are communicative. You can position these strengths in a sympathetic way in the team. You have good knowledge of German and English.
