Write and create project reports as well as conceptual, content, editorial and graphical presentations for different target groups of the project “Hohenheimer Integrated Research Infrastructure” Creation of information templates with independent compilation of decision-relevant facts and arguments as well as content cooperation in the production of ideas and concepts planning, establishing and implementing the digital project documentation; Description of processes Planning and conducting surveys on various topics, such as operating and usage regulations Organisation and coordination of various issues from administrative and research fields Combining and preparing the information and creating decision templates

Higher education in natural, communications or media sciences, business or administration (Bachelor, FH diploma or comparable) Experience in process analysis and documentation is advantageous Embossed analytical skills, structured and solution-oriented working and a good understanding of complex processes High self-initiative, readiness to learn and a positive attitude towards digitalisation and change Competent handling of MS-Office products German language skills at native language level, English skills at B2 level are advantageous
