Construction Manager (m/f/d)

Control of construction sites according to requirements and ensure the smooth running Installation and dissolution of construction sites Use, guidance and training of personnel Monitoring the execution of work Organisation of work preparation at the construction site observe compliance with the UVV, also for persons under the control Coordinate tool, device and material within the building site and dispose as required Compliance with financial aspects, e.g. compliance with the budget Set test dates, control test logs Assessment and documentation of welding samples Creation of dimensions Implementation of commissioning in the presence of a customer representative Education of interfaces to customers at operational level e.g. participation in construction meetings Contact for all project participants Depending on the size of the construction site

Complete technical training in a relevant field, such as plant construction, pipeline construction, welding technology, mechatronics or a comparable field of expertise. Multiannual professional experience in plant construction, industrial plant construction or comparable construction site environments. Detegratable management and construction site experience in the control of assembly teams and subcontractors. Knowledge of welding processes, welding technology and the corresponding quality requirements. Experience in coordinating construction and assembly activities within multidisciplinary project teams. Impressed team and communication skills as well as a structured and solution-oriented way of working. Safe handling of MS Office as well as experience with ERP systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics NAV. Good knowledge of German in word and writing (necessary); English skills are of advantage. Valid passenger car license (Grades B).
