You actively participate in the development, deployment and maintenance of our infrastructure and the associated automation processes You work closely in projects, introduce yourself into technical concepts and support the implementation of new solutions You accompany our customers from the design to the commissioning of our products and services and always keeps the highly available and scalable operation in mind You process enquiries in 2nd and 3rd level support, analyze problems and problems and document them structured in the ticket system as part of the incident, problem and change management You are part of our willingness to call and secure the stable operation of our systems together with the team

You have completed an education or study in the IT field and have several years of professional experience, ideally in complex infrastructure or platform projects You bring well-founded practical experience with Kubernetes, Docker and Cloud platforms (e.g. GCP, Azure) and you use them to optimise development and operating processes You have deep knowledge of CI/CD concepts and the associated tools (e.g. GitLab, GitHub, Helm, ArgoCD) and actively support teams in building and developing pipelines You have expert knowledge in the Linux environment and uses Infrastructure-as code and automation tools like Ansible and Terraform routined You take responsibility for the technical design, implementation and further development of platforms, promote knowledge transfer in the team and act as a mentor for colleagues
