Become part of our HR team: ideally support us for 6 months in recruiting and let our students work you comprehensively as Buddys.

Supporting the Recruiting Process: You are responsible for parts of the Recruiting Process and are the first contact person for applicants, both by email and by phone.

Networking: You act as an interface between our specialist departments and personnel consultancy and thus contribute to optimal cooperation.

Support in the team: In addition to the recruiting process, you help with topics such as the employee recommendation program, talent pool and creation of job descriptions.

Accompanying future talents: You support future trainees and dual students in their recruitment tests and help them.

Studies: A current study of economics, social sciences or humanities as well as (economic) psychology from the 3rd Semester forms your basis on which you can build with us.

Communication strength: You are communicative, proactive as well as team-capable and have a responsible handling of applicants, executives and personal advice.

First experiences: Ideally, you already bring first practical experiences in the staff area through internships or other activities.

Language knowledge: German is safe with you in word and writing, and at best you have good English skills.

Technical skills: Ideally, you are safe in handling the MS Office package.
