Zentrales Controlling / Finance & Reporting (m/f/d)

This position forms the central controlling of the company. It is responsible for the complete, durable and comprehensible compilation, testing, analysis and processing of all essential commercial data and facts. The aim is to provide a reliable, business-economic basis for business decisions at any time. To this end, data from financial accounting, cost accounting, monthly and annual financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, post-calculation, auditing of the contract and operating business areas are combined, plausitised and prepared in a decision-making manner. The position does not make any business decisions and does not assume any operational control responsibility. Their responsibility lies in the central controlling: number quality, transparency, analysis, deviation recognition, risk presentation and proper preparation of the decision-making bases for management. Strong controlling capabilities are mandatory. The ability to capture commercial data is expected not only, but to critically check relationships, to make deviations visible and to clearly demonstrate economic impact. The position has no personnel responsibility, but is the central authority for commercial transparency, analysis and reporting. Cooperation and communication requirements: The activity requires close cooperation with the management, the departmental and departmental directors as well as the subsidiaries and foreign representatives. The position forms the central controlling function of the company. It bundles commercial information from financial accounting, cost accounting, sales, purchasing, project processing and production. The function ensures that it can be decided on the basis of complete and resilient figures, facts and analyses. These include in particular: Central controlling and management reporting: Construction, maintenance and further development of the central control Creating regular management reports for management Compilation of commercial data from financial accounting, cost accounting and operational fields Analysis of turnover, gross profit, cost structure, earnings development and liquidity Presentation of significant deviations from budget, forecast and previous year Preparation of plan/actual comparisons Detection and presentation of cost, earnings, liquidity and project risks Creation of ad hoc evaluations and business decision templates Ensuring a clear, comprehensible and loadable database Monthly accounts, BWA and current figures: Examination and analysis of monthly BWA Support for monthly financial statements by HGB Preparation of relevant monthly financial statements for management Plausibility of proceeds, costs, limitations, provisions and results
