You design the contracts with freelance employees, e.g. architectural and engineering offices, project tax companies or experts for new construction, expansion and renovation measures. You will show your negotiating skills when agreeing with external contractors with the aim of agreeing on economic contract parameters, including in the context of European procurement procedures or competitions. You are sending information from court judgments, comments and GPA communications, preparing them and forwarding them to the project management and management levels. You advise the project management on all questions concerning VOB, UVgO, VgV and HOAI.

You have one of the following qualifications: the career capability for the up-market non-technical administration service. the employee examination II or the degree as an administrative specialist. a degree in law or economics.
