• You take responsibility for installing and configuring SAP systems, including databases and operating systems.
• In this context, you manage SAP systems, databases, operating systems and SAP SaaS solutions (e.g. BTP, CALM).
• As part of maintenance work, system upgrades, patching, SAP system and client copies, as well as migrations are part of your tasks.
• You also participate in SAP introduction and transformation projects such as S/4 HANA, FIORI, SaaS.
• Last but not least, you will take care of customer advice, 2nd and 3rd level support as well as user and authorization management.

Your skills? More than interesting:

• Completed (information) technical vocational training, as an alternative to studying in the business economy or (information) technology.
• Experience in the administration and supervision of SAP system landscapes (ERP, S/4HANA, BW, etc.) as well as in the management of SAP databases such as HANA, Oracle, MaxDB, DB2 as well as experience with ITSM systems and HANA dockpit.
• Wide experience and knowledge in SAP installations, upgrades, migrations and system copies.
• Ability to analyze and eliminate performance problems and system errors in 2nd and 3rd level support.
• Personally, we especially like your strong analytical and communication skills as well as your well-founded knowledge of German and English.
