HR Payroll Specialist | Payroll Accounting & SAP Key User (m/f/d)

You take the key user function for our SAP debit accounting system You test new system updates in the development system and transfer them to the productive system You create new types of wages and schedules in the system You work with the Director People & Culture HR Reportings based on SAP data in our application Qlik Sense You are responsible for the proper and timely billing of a defined billing circuit taking into account the tax & social insurance requirements You care and manage personnel master files and take care of our time management program You continuously develop payroll processes, shape them solution-oriented and introduce your own ideas for improvement

For this position we are looking for an experienced personality with sound payroll and SAP expertise. You question existing processes, develop pragmatic solutions and successfully implement improvements together with the team. Completed commercial training or completed studies with a focus on BWL or comparable training Multiannual experience in the area of payroll and time economy Knowledge of SAP Fiori and/or S/4HANA Embossed communication and team skills Good knowledge in the field of tax and social insurance regulations Joy in developing and optimizing processes actively
