To strengthen our team, we are looking for a practice manager (m/w/d) in full time at the next possible time. Practice management and organization: You coordinate the organizational processes of practice and take over the management of everyday practice. Personnel management: You lead and coordinate the non-medical staff and promote structured cooperation in the team. Patient care: You support service-oriented care of our patients and contribute to a smooth operation in practice. Accounting and administration: You are responsible for accounting for EBM and GOÄ and take over administrative tasks in practical management. Ensuring legal requirements: You monitor compliance with data protection policies and other legal and organisational regulations.

You have completed vocational training as a medical specialist (MFA) (m/w/d), health and nursing (m/w/d) or a study in the field of health sciences with experience in the outpatient field; alternatively you have a qualification as a specialist (m/w/d) for outpatient care. Ideally, you will bring a training in practical management. You are characterized by social competence and empathy in dealing with patients. You work motivated, committed and independent and take responsibility in your area of responsibility. Experience in dealing with neurological and/or psychiatric patients is desirable.
