Accounts receivable accountant - accounting / credit management (m/f/d)

You plan, review and manage customer accounts and credits across various ERP systems while strictly adhering to internal corporate policies and international regulations You carry out collections, payment stacks (remesados de cobro) and dunning procedures to speed up cash flow and minimize overdue receivables You perform a precise balance of payment transactions with outstanding receivables, clarify transaction deviations and provide direct contact with payment service providers You manage the accounting processes for several international subsidiaries and move seamlessly into a financial environment with multiple currencies and legal areas You actively participate in the monthly and annual accounts cycles by creating reports on receivables, evaluations and due dates, analyzing and presenting them to support management decisions You support and promote specialized cross-functional projects to optimize and further develop the entire accounting environment

You have a commercial training or professional experience in accounting, preferably acquired in a multinational company (MNC) or in a shared service environment with the support of cross-border portfolios You have knowledge of basic accounting principles, international accounting practices and credit management, combined with practical experience in dealing with different payment methods (e.g. SEPA, credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay) You have practical knowledge in handling Tier 1 ERP systems – NetSuite experience is very desirable, SAP or InforLN are beneficial – as well as pronounced MS-Excel knowledge (VLOOKUP, Pivot tables) for data analysis and reporting You have pronounced analytical skills, high number affinity and the ability to work independently and structured in a dynamic environment. A proactive interest in AI and automation tools (e.g. Claude, n8n) is a big plus You have professional English skills (in word and writing) as a primary working language; Knowledge of a further European language is a significant advantage
