Do you not only want to operate systems, but actively develop our modern server, cloud and network landscape?

Then you will become part of our international IT team and take responsibility for the operation, security and further development of our hybrid IT infrastructure – from Microsoft 365 to virtualization to network and IT security.

Manage IT infrastructure: you manage and optimize our hybrid IT landscape from on-prem systems and Microsoft-365 services. Analyzing and troubleshooting: You take over the second-level support for servers, cloud, network and clients and ensure fast, sustainable solutions. Manage Microsoft Platforms: You maintain Active Directory, Entra ID, Exchange Online, Microsoft 365 and other central IT services. Ensure system operation: you plan and accompany updates, patch management and the technical documentation of our IT environment. Developing network and IT security: You support the operation and further development of our network and security architecture including firewall, VPN and security solutions. Promoting digitalization: You actively contribute to IT projects and support the further development of our cloud strategy and the automation of operating processes. Coordinate external service providers: You work with external partners and manage technical topics independently up to the solution.

Qualification and training: You have completed training or studies in the IT sector and ideally have several years of experience in system administration or a comparable function. Microsoft and cloud knowledge: You bring well-founded knowledge in the Microsoft-365 environment, in particular in the areas of Entra ID, Exchange Online, Intune, Defender and Identity Management. Virtualization: You have experience in operating and developing virtualization platforms such as VMware or Hyper-V. Network and IT security: You know modern network structures, firewall solutions and VPN technologies and ideally have experience with Fortinet/Fortigate. Working and communication: You work structured, independent and solution-oriented. Through your communication strength and service orientation, you are an estimated contact person for colleagues and external service providers. You have good knowledge of German and English in word and writing.

Attractive remuneration and extras: Depending on the qualification and professional experience, you will receive a monthly gross salary of € 4,000 to € 4,700.
