Engineers for the energy and construction assessment of existing buildings (m/f/d)

You take over the initial inventory and evaluation of the structural and energetic state of existing properties in the area of the branch by on-site visits, i.e. R. using the AiBATROS input app by iPad You organize data entry into the AiBATROS system, including plausibility of results You take over the on-site appointments and visits. You will be supported by the property and/or building management of the branch in preparation for inventory collection You coordinate the object documents required for the operation (space lists, digital building plans, if necessary List of technical installations, etc.) You cooperate with all internal and external project participants and promote knowledge transfer

You have a successfully completed (Fach‐)university degree (Diplom/ Bachelor/Master) in the field of architecture/construction, utilities/electronics or comparable or Alternatively, you can prove a successful degree to the state-tested technicianin or a degree as a masterin in the field of electrical engineering or utility technology and a minimum of six years of relevant professional experience in an activity of engineering cuts (e.g. by certificates of work) as well as participation in additional continuing and continuing training (supplements are to be added). Further requirements: You have fun interdisciplinary cooperation and are happy to work in interdisciplinary teams You are characterized by a structured, independent and result-oriented working method You are safe to use our standard IT applications In addition, you will bring a high level of readiness to travel within the branch and have the willingness and ability to guide a service car You have certain knowledge of German, which correspond at least to the language level C1 (flowing in word and writing)

As a BLB-wide project, the project of the inventory collection is organizationally assigned to the construction management business unit and enables cooperation with all BLB locations. Your office is the Münster branch. After completion of the project, you will be further employed in an operational department of the Münster branch. Your fee: Depending on the personal and operational requirements, a fee is payable for employees from the E 10 group to the E 12 group. TV‐L (approximately 50,000,00 € – approx. 80,300,00 € per year) with all agreed social services (e.g. occupational pensions). A status-like takeover of beamed applicants is possible up to an office of grade A 12 LBesO A.
