Our new business is responsible for the entire operating process - from the credit check to the conclusion of the contract to the end of the contract, with our close cooperation with customers, the BMW Trade Organisation and our service partners. For an excellent customer service, we are looking for people with extraordinary interpersonal skills, a 'Can-do'' setting and the willingness to find solutions that meet the needs of our customers and the company.

What do you expect? Creditworthiness check in the end customer business. Analysis of annual accounts, short-term results and other decision-relevant documents. Preparation and decision of financing and leasing requests. Communication of decisions and showing alternatives to the trade organisation. Responsibility for the budget and sales objectives together with the regional manager. Balance between risk and sales taking into account risk cost targets. Loyalization, coaching and contact care of the dealers by visiting on site.

What are you doing? Completed bank training with further training to the banking specialist:in or comparable qualification. Finded professional experience in a comparable position as well as careful priority setting. Industry experience, knowledge of banking products and sales experience. Safe occurrence and sufficient negotiating skills. Analytical thinking and correspondence security. High team capacity as well as appreciation of people.
