This will be your tasks You identify and evaluate potentials for the use of artificial intelligence in customer, service and sales processes and develop specific AI-use cases for the customer experience department. You test and use AI tools (e.g. generative AI, chatbots, assistance systems) in everyday work, evaluate the results professionally and guide improvements for processes and customer experience. You will participate in the introduction and further development of AI solutions in the field - from request intake to piloting to broad use in the teams. You act as an interface between specialist, IT and data teams: You translate technical requirements into understandable technical requirements and make technical solutions tangible for colleagues in the field. You will explore relevant developments in the field of AI and customer experience, evaluate them for the provincial and actively introduce new ideas into the field. In all activities, you pay attention to compliance with data protection, information security and internal and regulatory requirements for the use of AI.

That's what you bring Complete study of economics with a focus on customer experience, business informatics, data & business analytics or a comparable degree course with strong reference to digital customer and service processes Knowledge of customer experience with a deep understanding of customer expectations, service and support processes, customer journeys and digital touchpoints (e.g. online, app, portal, e-mail). Embossed process understanding and analytical capability: You understand and structure customer, service and sales processes and identify potentials for the use of AI to improve customer experience. Basic understanding of data and AI methods (e.g. training data, models, prompting, quality assurance) - without being IT or data science expert. Safe handling of digital tools (office, collaboration and customer service tools) and a high openness for new AI applications. Practical experience in using AI tools (e.g. generative AI, chatbots, assistance systems) to support customer, service and sales processes. Ability to identify, describe, evaluate and prioritize specific AI-use cases in the field of customer experience. Very good communicative skills and pleasure in formulating requirements from the field in a comprehensible manner, as well as presenting results and benefits of AI solutions to addressees. High willingness to learn, initiative and a structured, solution-oriented way of working.
