Solution Architect Application Development (m/f/d)

You develop professionally and technically viable solution architectures for complex projects and translate technical requirements as well as business processes into future-oriented IT solutions. Existing system landscapes you analyze, guide target architectures and take into account technical domain boundaries and responsibilities in the respective systems. You design data models and integration interfaces, develop mapping specifications for integration projects and ensure a sustainable networking of our application landscape. Technical feasibility analyses and the evaluation of solution alternatives are part of your task as well as the comprehensible preparation of complex issues for departments, IT and management. From the architecture concept to the implementation, you actively accompany strategically relevant projects, work closely with the development teams and support the further development of our architecture process in close coordination with the Enterprise Architecture.

You have a successfully completed study of computer science, business informatics or a comparable subject or have a comparable qualification with extensive professional experience. Industry knowledge in the insurance industry is advantageous. Multiannual experience in software development, system analysis, IT architecture, business analysis or a comparable role will help you analyze and successfully solve complex technical questions. A strong understanding of software architectures, system integration and business processes is what distinguishes you. You can safely translate technical requirements into sustainable solution architectures as well as technical and technical concepts. You are experienced in dealing with interfaces, integration architectures, modeling and documentation tools. Ideally, you also have knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, Microservice architectures, REST, Event-driven Architectures, SQL or modern architecture tools. Analytical thinking, strong communication and moderation capabilities as well as an independent, pragmatic and solution-oriented way of working round off your profile.
