Praktikant (m/w/d) Job ID 77777 | Location Heidenheim | Start from June 2026 for 6 months Your tasks During your internship, you can support the People & Culture (P&C) Global Project Manager in a variety of global projects such as the Hydro Mega Projects, centralized HR programs such as Learning & Development, Talent Management, Leadership & Culture, Organisational Development and Change Management. You will be closely involved in operational and conceptual P&C topics, such as international recruitment, P&C Project Reporting, Change Management, workshops. You take the preparation of decision bases, presentations, communication documents, Excel evaluations and other forward-looking formats for a wide range of target groups. Your profile You are an immatricated student (m/w/d) in the field of business management, psychology, social sciences or a related subject, ideally focusing on human resources. You are interested in international HR topics and projects. First practical experiences in the HR field are advantageous. You have very good German and English knowledge in word and writing and a safe handling of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Your work is trustful, independent, structured and reliable. With your open and communicative way, you will show your own initiative, team skills and joy in working with different personalities.
