You are hired at the IT system house as a specialist for business tasks. Possible places of work for this tender are: Nuremberg/Fürth, Berlin, Chemnitz, Düsseldorf, Hannover, Krefeld, Lübeck, Mainz. The Service Labour Market Benefits is responsible, among other things, for the care and further development of the IT process Computer-assisted Material Processing (COSACH). This development currently manages more than 90 tools of job placement, performance and career guidance. We support active labour market promotion across the country in employment agencies, job centers and operating services. The job approach as a specialist consultant is to take place in the project “Support Platform”. Our team is ambitious and targeted, we trust each other. Tasks and activities: As a consultant, you advise or support in resource matters. You are, for example, responsible for budget planning, cost control and billing of projects and the product portfolio. For example, You ensure compliance policies and support contract and license management. Seniority and Tasks: Analysis, conception, implementation and control of (organisational) processes Analysis of customer problems and requirements Development of individual solutions and strategies Implementation of market analyses Regular analysis, review and optimisation of the financial perspective Identification and assessment of opportunities and risks related to IT projects and development of risk mitigation strategies Support for contract negotiations and contract processing

Higher education or comparable qualification Multi-annual professional experience or comparable profile Knowledge and experience in the following areas are desirable for activity: In-depth knowledge of process analysis and management Knowledge of project management, quality and change management Knowledge of cost management, risk assessment and contract design Experience in the handling and procurement of fixed price models and contracts You continue to convince by sound knowledge of the methods, standards, regulations, products and processes relevant to the organizational unit. You support the three-headed project management and work hand in hand with the PMO (project management office).
