Lecturer in Electrical Engineering (m/f/d)

As a specialist lecturer: you are part of the dedicated team of our technology department of WBS TRAINING SE. In our courses we prepare these specialists intensively, individually and in a pleasant learning atmosphere for professional recognition in Germany. The participants already have completed training or studies in the field of electrical engineering, but do not yet know the institutional, legal and professional specific features of German craftsmanship. In your role as a specialist lecturer:in you are referring the still missing professional competences. In your role, you understand both as a knowledge mediator:in and as a learning companion:in – with the aim of creating sustainable learning success. This includes: Subject-related teaching at the Dresden site (100%). The preparation and practical design of learning materials based on the curriculum. The mediation of electrotechnical foundations and application-oriented content. The implementation of competence growth measurements and learning target controls. Individual support and support of participants in their learning process. You have very good knowledge of your teaching language German (C2 language level).

Your profile is characterized by: Knowledge of electrical engineering and electrical installation. Safe foundations in electrotechnical topics as well as specialist practice. Knowledge in the field of occupational safety. Experience in Siemens LOGO! programming. Professional knowledge of the protection test according to DIN VDE. Basic competencies in handling E-CAE programs (ideally EPLAN P8). First knowledge in PLC programming, in particular Siemens SPS. First educational knowledge or experience in knowledge transfer. A methodological-didactic skill and joy in teaching content. A structured, independent way of working. Communication strength and team capacity.
