You develop creative ideas and new concepts to attract and expand living space for our employees. You analyze living space requirements in our regions and develop matching acquisition and cooperation models. You gain new housing for our employees and complete the corresponding principal rental contracts. You are a contact person for legal questions regarding employees. You process the basic tax on your own and you are a specialist contact person, as well as a representative of the non-tar and basic book management, file management, funding and contracts for PV systems and antennas of third parties. You bring your own ideas and actively develop our real estate processes and topics.

Real estate training or comparable qualification of advantage Professional experience in real estate management, ideally in rental or real estate management Good knowledge of rental law and basic tax Safe understanding of contract and independent operation Good MS Office knowledge Communication strength and negotiation skills Analytical, structured and solution-oriented thinking Own initiative and joy in the further development of processes Car driver's license
