Start your career at METTLER TOLEDO and bear the responsibility for the following tasks: Staff support and management consulting:Comprehensive staff support of about 180 employees and the associated managers at the site. Advising executives in recruiting, developing and binding employees. Recruitment: implementation of interviews. Meeting of recruitment decisions derived from them for the care sector. HR-Projects / Processes:Support and design of HR-Projects (local and international). Introduction and continuous development of HR processes and instruments. Cooperation with the Works Council: cooperation and coordination on human and social matters. Operational tasks in the day-to-day business: processing contract documents, individual personal measures, reporting etc.

Education: Completed studies of economic/legal/social sciences with the focus on HR/Personnel, among others Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Sciences, Bachelor of Social Sciences, Bachelor of Laws / Examen, Master of Sciences, Master of Social Sciences. Master of Laws, Master of Business Administration, Diplom-Kauffrau/-mann and specialist training – cross-entry possible. Professional experience: Experience in the role of HR Business Partner:in / HR consultant, operational staff work and recruitment. Soft Skills: Safe, binding and competent appearance, high service orientation, structured working methods, analytical thinking as well as the ability to 'take employees'. System knowledge: MS Office, SAP-HCM. Experiences with Workday are a plus. Languages: German language skills, good English skills.
