At our headquarters in Ingelheim am Rhein, we form legal experts (m/w/d) interested in legal activity in an internationally oriented pharmaceutical company. For the time of your electoral station (3-6 months) in the area of Legal Affairs, you will be able to act with five experienced syndicate lawyers:in (m/w/d) and get to know the practical work as a syndicate lawyer.

Your duties

Self-research and evaluation of different legal issues, primarily from national and international contract law and German and European pharmaceutical law Participation in contract design and negotiation, including the examination, preparation and revision of predominantly English-speaking contract documents Participation in consulting our foreign companies Support for ongoing judicial proceedings in Germany and abroad

You are interested in the pharmaceutical industry and the work as a syndicate lawyer:in (m/w/d) and have ideally already gained experience in the pharmaceutical industry You have very good knowledge of English as evidenced as possible by staying abroad; other foreign languages are advantageous You have successfully completed your first state exam and have solid knowledge in contract and commercial law. ideally also in pharmaceutical law You think entrepreneurial and have the ability to find pragmatic solutions for complex legal issues
