Architect for project management in real estate management (m/f/d)

You control construction and rehabilitation projects of the BLB NRW over all HOAI performance phases according to AHO (No. 9) A project team from various disciplines, such as construction, supply and electrical engineering, will assist you in implementing the construction projects that will guide you professionally. You define the project objectives in order to achieve them, in particular with regard to costs, dates and qualities, and work closely with your department management in an advisory capacity. You also take part in project-dependent planning services according to HOAI You, together with your team, are responsible for the selection and contracting of external architecture and technical planners, as well as the control and quality testing of these You are responsible for the maintenance of the numbers and data required for controlling the projects

You have a successfully completed degree (Bachelor/ Diplom/Master) preferably in the field of architecture, civil engineering or a comparable engineering discipline. Further requirements: Ideally, you have professional experience in project management or responsibility in construction in several HOAI performance phases and/or in project management according to AHO You are aware of relevant relevant legislation (e.g. HOAI, VOB, VgV, BauO NRW, ASR etc.) You are routined in handling standard IT systems (e.g. Microsoft Office) and open to the BLB-specific application of SAP as well as project control / planning software You bring curiosity and willingness to work independently on new issues, and are keen to decide. You occur confidently, communicate address-oriented and negotiate safely with internal and external project participants You bring safe German knowledge, which corresponds at least to the language level C1 (flowing in word and writing)

Depending on the personal and operational requirements, a fee for employees is from the E10 Group to the E13 TV‐L (approximately 51.460,00 € – approx. € 84.300,00 per year) with all agreed social benefits (e.g. occupational pensions). A status-like takeover of beamed applicants is possible up to an office of grade A 12 LBesO A.
