They shall take over the collection and installation of damages to power by telephone/written (KH and Kasko) They advise and support customers and third parties in the context of the active damage management, preferably telefon They actively communicate with our partners (partner workshops, etc.) In addition, the regu­lation (payment/rejection) of damages (excluding damage to the size of persons and abroad), including the necessary correspondence, belongs to your area of responsibility They continue to determine and monitor the damage reserves per individual damage In addition, you agree to regressive testing and processing and work with other business and damage departments
