As a Trainee SAP Key User & Business Process Management (m/w/x), you will be joining our ASPIRE Trainee Program from 06.10.2024 and will gain a comprehensive insight into our logistics business processes - and how they are depicted in our SAP landscape. During the 18-month program, you actively participate in the further development of our global standard solutions. You'll be able to perform various operations at national and international locations (starting point: Gütersloh) and get to know our business units TECH, Healthcare and Consumer Products intensively. After completion of the program, attractive career paths await you - whether as an SAP application expert:in or Business Process Manager:in with a focus on operations and logistics: you are shaping processes that move.

• Understanding and designing processes: you analyze, model and document logistical processes - especially in the warehouse environment.

• Responsibilities: As a test manager, you plan and conduct SAP interface tests and ensure smooth processes.

• Rollouts accompany: You bring new processes into the day-to-day business and make sure that the team's know-how arrives.

• Developing standards: You are actively working on optimizing our process landscape and introducing new ideas.

• Promote solutions: In workshops, you develop innovative, customer-centric solutions together with internal and external stakeholders.

• A completed or soon completed master's degree in BWL, (economic) informatics or a comparable subject

• First practical experience with SAP or BPMN 2.0

• Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing

• Analytical thinking, structured work and enthusiasm for processes

• Own responsibility, team skills and a strong quality claim
