Working Student Quality & Feedback with a focus on Spanish (m/f/d)

Many consulting projects at MUUH! deal with how good a service or sales quality is and how this can be optimized. For this purpose, we set the foundation stone in the team Quality, Feedback & Performance and measure the quality of our clients with different instruments: inside customer contact.

Your tasks

With us in the team, you actively contribute to improving the quality of customer service and sales and at the same time apply your language skills in practice: You carry out telephone customer surveys in Spanish You summarize the results of the phone calls, evaluate and document them You listen to and analyze conversations in German and evaluate them using defined criteria

You are registered student:in You have very good German and Spanish language skills in word and writing You're communication-friendly and speech-oriented You have fun at customer contact Your spelling and grammar skills are very good

Your job location You have the opportunity to work in the home office, but should be at least once a week on site in Osnabrück.
