A–Z customer orders, including: Installation of customer orders Shipping of order confirmation to distribution Checking of invoices and clearance for booking Invoicing of customer orders Control of payment transactions Close customer orders Provisional invoices and disbursement of these for distribution Cooperation with sales and various departments such as accounting, internal sales (purchasing), personnel department, marketing etc.

Closed commercial training, for example to the business specialist / business specialist, businessman / businesswoman for office communication, businessman / businesswoman for wholesale and foreign trade, office businessman / office businessman / businesswoman (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) or similar – or as an alternative to several years of professional experience in the above-mentioned field of activity Wide-ranging SAP knowledge or experience with the SAP modules FI/MM/SD and/or MS Dynamics desirable Good knowledge of turnover tax law Experience in the field of accounting and financial management, in particular in an industrial company, is desirable. Good MS Office knowledge (Excel/Word/Outlook) Analytical way of thinking and joy at work in the team Good communication skills with German skills at level C1 (or better) and English skills at level B1 (or better)
