Project purchase & Responsibility: You are responsible for the purchase of projects with a focus on railway technology, technical equipment and local transport and ensure a timely and costly implementation. Calls and awards: You will be responsible for the management of post-subscription tenders from the tender phase to the final award. Negotiations & contract management: Price and contract negotiations are conducted independently and implement purchasing strategies as well as project and framework contracts successfully. Supplier management & market analysis: You analyse the procurement market, develop the supplier base and maintain sustainable business relationships. Collaboration & Optimization: In close coordination with sales, technology and project management, you work on the further development of procurement processes, perform supplier evaluations and support in claims and evaluations.

You have several years of professional experience in the purchase of projects or in the field of construction, as well as a suitable commercial or technical training – ideally complemented by a study (e.g. BWL, economic engineering). Knowledge in the field of railway technology is desirable. You can safely read and evaluate calculations and are familiar with performance descriptions, construction and follow-up structures and contract law. You are characterized by a sovereign appearance, negotiation skills, team skills and communication and enforcement strength. You have good knowledge of German, are sure to deal with MS Office and ideally bring knowledge to Nevaris Finance and RIB 4.0.
