As an integral part of our project team, you work closely with the project and object management as a commercial Sparring partner at eye level. The commercial execution of our projects is your own responsibility: from the accounting position to the post-contractor accounting to the project controlling. You always keep in mind numbers, deadlines and contracts. Project controlling, reporting and follow-up management are part of your daily business. Performance directories, dimensions and input calculations are carefully and timely. When purchasing post-contractor services and materials, you actively participate and report directly to the commercial management. Digital tools and modern methods are used to make processes efficient, transparent and customer-oriented.

Your basis is a commercial training, e.g. to the industrial merchant (w/m/d), to the merchant (w/m/d) in wholesale and foreign trade management, office management or comparable. You bring at least two years of professional experience, ideally in the field of construction or building technology. At best, you have already gained experience in the project environment. You have a good sense of numbers and a pronounced commercial understanding. For the topics of digitalization and innovation, you are open and see this as a chance to continuously improve processes, transparency and customer satisfaction. Communication and negotiation security in German as well as the ability to optimally implement the commercial services in projects complete your profile.
