Formulation & Product Engineer (m/f/d)

To further develop our product quality and our portfolio, we look for you as: Product Engineer (m/w/d) A key role between product development, operations and market requirements. About the position You ensure that our grain mixtures are not only qualitatively convincing, but also economically optimal. At the same time, you will develop innovative products for the German market together with our teams.

Optimization and development of wheat and grain mixtures for our German works Economic and qualitative development of our recipes Support and development of our product portfolio together with Sales, Pricing, Quality and Operations Adapting recipes for new raw materials, process changes or quality requirements Development of new products and implementation of market ideas in concrete formulations Support in implementing new products directly in production Consultancy and cooperation in the optimization of grinding and mixing processes to increase efficiency Cooperation with Procurement in Raw Materials Strategies and Risk Assessments Assessment of new technologies and participation in business cases and implementation

Master's degree in food technology, bioengineering, industrial engineering, etc. At least 3 years of experience in the food industry Know-how about raw material functionalities (bakery, flour applications) Interest in mill technology, production and product innovation Very good knowledge of German and English (pronounced and written), Dutch is of advantage but not absolutely necessary Readiness to travel (about 20%) between German production sites Secure handling of MS Office, SAP knowledge is a plus Analytical thinking, hand-on mentality and team spirit Individual initiative, communication strength and joy in interdisciplinary cooperation
