We, from the Berufsförderungswerk der Bauindustrie Berlin-Brandenburg e. V., are looking for a new trainer for our ÜAZ Bauwirtschaft Brandenburg an der Havel (m/w/d).

You are a polisher, technician, engineer or master in the field Construction equipment guide? You already have your AEVO training permission in your pocket or are you receiving this professional support?

Then these tasks are your daily work:

• Structure & implementation of training

You are the driving force behind the over-company training. Through your experience and expertise, you develop tailor-made curricula that optimally combine theory and practice. The trainees will prepare your training specifically for the requirements of your company.

• Practical knowledge transfer

In your daily work as an instructor (m/w/d), you will teach the trainees the safe and efficient handling of construction machines and construction equipment. You guide the trainees in carrying out construction projects, provide technical and professional know-how and promote deep understanding of safety and environmental standards at the construction site.

• Promoting professional development

As a mentor, you accompany the trainees throughout their entire training period. You regularly give them constructive feedback, help them develop their skills and help them grow professionally and personally.

• Detection & Success Control

You document the learning progress of the trainees and carry out targeted tests to monitor their development. You will ensure that all training objectives are achieved and help trainees to exploit their full potential.

• Occupational orientation & junior support

You are not only trainers (m/w/d), but also motivators for career choice. You help young people find their way to the construction industry and bring their diverse career opportunities closer.

• Additional knowledge transfer in continuing and continuing vocational training

You temporarily accompany professionals in their professional training. You develop and conduct courses that meet the current requirements of the construction industry and help participants to expand their qualifications.
