The Hanseatic City of Lüneburg is looking forward to competent reinforcement in the handicraft and master team in the field of building services. We are looking at the next possible time, limited to two years, one

in full time of 39 hours per week The job is part-time, the part-time can be configured according to individual consultation in the work area, so that the task is fulfilled.

The Hansestadt Lüneburg currently operates six shared accommodation. Between 30 and 140 inhabitants of different cultures and countries of origin live in the Community accommodation.

The following team awaits

The handicrafts and masters team consists of professionals, among others the electrical, painters, carpenters, carpenters and masonry, and is characterised by close cooperation. They work in a dedicated team of different disciplines led by a foreman. The revenues are mainly carried out in Community housing. This also includes other urban properties such as schools, kitas, district houses and public sanitary facilities, administrative buildings, event rooms and sports halls. Anywhere where craftsmen and masters are required.

The task field comprises essentially

• daily house inspection for repair and traffic safety,

• maintenance, repair and assembly work,

• Cause detection and disorder elimination,

• removal of contamination (e.g. as a result of congested outflows or defective devices),

• Freekeeping of escape and rescue routes,

• manufacture of living and common spaces (e.g. furniture transport, furniture repairs, installation of cabinets, clearing of apartments),

• claims to contact persons and coordination and supervision of craft services;

• maintenance and control of the outdoor facilities as well as maintenance of the walking paths also in front of the building, including the snow clearance service.

You can convince us

• completed artisanal training (preferably in the field of sanitary services);

• professional experience, knowledge and skills in crafts,

• Ready to work in the team,

• Service readiness, friendly and constructive handling,

• independent, structured and conscientious operation,

• physical resilience, self-employment and self-initiative,

• sufficient knowledge of German, basic knowledge of English is desirable,

• Driving licence B (or old class 3) and a separate vehicle that can be used occasionally for service purposes are required. The residence should be in Lüneburg or the surrounding area.

Remuneration is effected according to category 5 of the public service collective agreement (TVöD-VKA).
