Intern Recruiting & HR Management (m/f/d)

Look forward to a diverse and exciting internship in People and Culture, Germany with the focus on HR Management and Recruiting. You will get to know us and strengthen the team ideally for 6 months from mid-February or early March. Varied topics in national and international recruitment and the exciting daily business are waiting for you. You get to know the entire recruitment process and support us independently, e.g. when creating job alerts, active sourcing, appointment coordination and other administrative activities. You will also get to know many important aspects of the care of employees. You take care of the certification process and the administration as well as document creation of various personal processes. In addition, you actively support our team in small exciting projects focusing on people and culture.

You are in an ongoing study of psychology, economics, business administration or a comparable degree program. Ideally, you have first practical experience in the field of staff or completed training. The independent organization and structured processing of projects and tasks are of course for you. You are characterized by an accurate and conscientious way of working and high reliability. A pleasant coexistence is as important to you as us and you are looking forward to becoming an active part of our team. A safe handling of the current IT tools such as MS Office and very good knowledge of German and English complete your profile.
