Tasks

Your duties

• Maintenance, maintenance and installation of building systems of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration and sanitation
• Disruption analysis, troubleshooting and evaluation of messages from building control technology
• Execution of statutory audits and inspections on supply equipment
• Monitoring and optimization of operating parameters for an energy-efficient, fault-free plant operation
• Coordination of foreign companies in maintenance, testing and repair work
• Support of adjacent structures in technical building operation

Requirements profile

Your profile

• Completed vocational training as a plant mechanic (m/w/d) for sanitary, heating and air conditioning technology or comparable technical training
• Professional experience in the maintenance, maintenance and operation of building equipment as well as experience in the analysis of fault reports and in the handling of building control technology (GLT)
• Safe handling of technical regulations and legal requirements in building operation
• Self-employed, structured and solution-oriented working methods as well as distinct technical understanding
• Teamability, reliability and sense of responsibility as well as the readiness to call and standby services
• Class B licence
