In the “Product Electronics” department, the “Product Electronics Industrialization” group is responsible for project management, starting with the main development to life cycle management. It is responsible for industrialisation and the necessary development of competence. As head of the group, they will take over the following tasks: the industrialization group conducts professional and disciplinary,

together with the disciplinaryly assigned project leaders to support the organisation of development and product launch

coordinate fault analysis and diagnosis with difficulty and develop the future robustness based on industrialization requirements

bear the responsibility for the LifeCycleManagement of the electronics parties

support the increase in competence for robust embedded systems

actively support the continuous and strategic development of the group and its employees

identify and deploy the required competences and resources

Ensure the patent strategy in your field of activity

bring entrepreneurial decisions and the strategic orientation of the organization closer to the team and ensure their implementation

a study of electrical engineering that was completed or a comparable educational path

strong leadership skills demonstrated by experience in the management and coordination of teams and/or projects in the international field

Experience in the project organisation for embedded systems

Knowledge of relevant industrial standards in the field of embedded systems, such as processor systems, bus systems and sensor concepts
