Your duties

• Advising families, adolescents, children – also during house visits

• Separation and divorce advice

• Participation in proceedings before the family court

• Introduction of assistance for education and integration

• Support and control of aid in the aid plan procedure

• Ensuring child protection

• Crisis intervention, inobservation

• Cooperation with cooperation partners

• at 05.09.2025 or later, at the earliest possible date, a temporary part-time post (19.5 hours per week) within the framework of a parental and parental leave until 31.03.2027

• a performance-based payment according to the public service collective agreement (TVöD- SuE) in S 14 plus tariff SuE supplement

• very flexible, family-friendly working hours through sliding time regulation, very large daily frame work time corridor, home office possibility, 30 days annual leave, 2 regeneration days annually – at 5 days week

Your requirement profile

• completed university studies Social education or social work (diploma or Bachelor) – state recognition as a social education (mwd)

(m/w/d) as an alternative to university studies in pedagogy with equivalent skills and knowledge of a state-approved social education

• alternatively acquire this qualification up to the time of recruitment

• Commitment to work with children, young people and families

• Individual initiative and willingness to take responsibility

• Secure appearance, conflictability and resilience

• Team skills

• Good MS Office knowledge

• Class B driving licence, standby/capacity to the field service
