Complete master qualification in upholstery craft or comparable qualification Experience in industrial upholstery production desirable Excellent quality and process understanding Management competence and responsibility Structured, independent and solution-oriented mode of operation Technical understanding and interest in production optimization Teamability and Communication Strength
