Personally, by phone or online: You advise our customers on all questions of care insurance, process daily care bills and provide information in medical specialist questions. You ensure our high service quality and work with service providers and external professionals. You support other departments in consulting customers on further social security issues.

You have a completed training as a nursing specialist in nursing, health care and nursing, as a merchant/wife in health care (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) or a comparable training or study in health care. You have first knowledge of social security. You have a positive performance and are happy to advise different customers. You are open to new things and can adapt flexibly to different challenges. dThe handling of all MS Office products is of course for you.
