Ensuring smooth, efficient and patient-oriented OP operation in close cooperation with OP coordination Participation in surgery or anaesthesia care Planning, control and coordination of the OP program taking into account human and temporal resources Responsibility for day-to-day business and a functioning interface management in the OP Promoting constructive, interdisciplinary cooperation between all participating professional groups Creation, development and implementation of OP standards and processes Analysis and optimization of the utilization of OP capacities Regular reporting to the Managing Director Organisation and moderation of interdisciplinary meetings and coordination conferences Participation in senior voting rounds with management

You have completed training in health care and (children) nursing or as surgical or anaesthetic: assistant:in and several years of professional experience in the surgical service/anaesthesia Training in OP Management Experience in OP coordination You have strong communication skills and are able to process conflicts constructively You have team consciousness, mental resilience and are stress resistant You have very good IT knowledge (MS Office, SP-Expert, SAP)
