Project Coordinator IT & Organization (m/f/d)

You work with Germany-wide projects in the fields of systems, organizational development and process management and take part in individual projects. You support our internal helpdesk in 1st level support and are a contact person for ticket processing and password management. You are responsible for the entire device management – from setting up new hardware (laptop mastering) to mobile phone orders to managing mobile phone contracts. As a central interface, you coordinate topics between specialist departments, branches as well as Real Estate & Facility Management and support a fast, efficient decision-making. You plan and conduct practical training on systems, sales processes and internal processes. You support the integration of newly acquired companies and actively support our growth strategy. You are driving forward the introduction, development and implementation of processes and system solutions. With a professional stakeholder management, you are looking for a successful collaboration of all stakeholders.

Commercial training or comparable background – ideally related to technology or construction. Experience in the field, ideally in rental, construction or technical services. A personality that can inspire, sticks and thinks of solution-oriented. You work independently, structured – and never lose the customer focus. You want people, technology and growth.
