Consulting and support of member companies in the electrical engineering industry, precision mechanics, electrical and textile and fashion sectors. Analysis of occupational hazard factors (e.g. physical effects, dangerous substances, psychological and social factors). Analyzing the interaction of technology, organization and human behavior for the safe design of work systems. Advice on measures to be taken by the company or the insured persons with regard to the occupational health rules. Arrangements of measures to be taken by the company or the insured persons for the elimination of accident and health hazards. Conception and implementation of training and presentations for companies, supervisors, insurers in training centres and member companies. Investigations in occupational diseases and the preparation of opinions. Implementing accident investigations. Creation of contributions for publications in the field of occupational and health protection. Supporting a supervisory area in the field of external services in the region of northern Hesse, Kassel.

A completed academic degree programme (Dipl.-Ing. (Univ./TH/TU), M.Eng. or M.Sc.) of the Department of Electrical Engineering or a comparable degree programme. A completed training to the supervisor (the presence of such is advantageous; if not available, we encourage you with a two-year training in Cologne). Mind. 2 years of professional experience in industry or crafts. Very good knowledge of German in word and writing (at least level C2 of the common European reference framework for languages) and good knowledge of English in word and writing. Willingness to keep training at the BG ETEM educational sites. readiness to provide services and to frequent, e.g. several-day service trips throughout the federal territory. Class B licence. Organisational skills and service orientation, conceptual skills and a high degree of self-responsibility, as well as empathy efforts and emotional resilience. The residence (later office) is in the supervisory area.

The grouping into the pay group 13 BG-AT is provided for the place. After successfully completed training to the supervisor, the possibility of taking over into an official's relationship with the grade A 13 BBesG exists when fulfilling the requirements of the runway law and taking into account the job plan.
