Development of strategies for digital transformation of training content as well as new development of GROB-specific training content Transfer of existing training contents into digital learning formats and their methodological-didactic and target group-oriented preparation Active cooperation in the methodological-didactic conception of training and creation of training guides for GROB training experts worldwide Participation in the coordination with different disciplines and in the working up of technical topics for the production of e-learnings Supporting customers and employees as a user of our e-learning platform

Motivation to apply the learned knowledge from the winter semester 2025/2026 during an internship Studies in the field of mechanical engineering, business management, communication sciences or a comparable degree At best, first experiences in dealing with digital learning formats or in the field of didactics self-responsibility, self-responsibility and creative thinking Very good expressiveness and representation and a pronounced “Blick for the Whole” Please indicate in the application whether there is an interest in an internship or an activity as a student (incl. the possible weekly hours)
