IT Governance Manager (m/f/d)

As an IT-Governance specialist (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d), you are in the Technology and Digitization department responsible for conceptualizing and ensuring compliance with the defined IT processes. You take the role of the Deputy Head of Division in perspective: Regulatorics and Compliance: Assessment, Translation, Monitoring and Ensuring Compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g. MaGo, DORA) Process development and optimization: analysis, design and documentation of IT processes according to best practices (e.g. ITIL, COBIT) Controls and monitoring: implementation and verification of internal control systems (IKS) Reporting: Creation of regular reports and KPIs for control and tracking IT strategy: support in the development and implementation of the IT strategy Advice: Advising management and departments in terms of IT governance issues Project: Initiation and support of important IT projects Communication: Communication of complex IT governance/regulatorics

completed studies with a technical or business focus or a comparable subject area at least 2 years of professional practice, ideally in the context of insurance/banking or advice Desirable skills (Single Skills we will be happy to retrain as required) Experience in working with regulatory requirements and standards (e.g. VAIT, DORA, GDPR, ISO 27001, COBIT, ITIL) Knowledge about IT process management and governance frameworks Knowledge of modern IT architectures and their strategic orientation Experience with common IT management tools and platforms (e.g. Jira)

Outstanding analytical skills and problem-solving competence Communication strength and persuasion at different hierarchical levels German language skills (min. C1) and good English skills (min. B2)
