Tasks Together with your team, you play a central role in managing and organizing the delivery disposition in night operation. They lead and motivate a dedicated team in the night shift within a working time frame between 22.00 - 8.00. They continuously optimize the disposition and execution processes in local traffic. They actively contribute to the implementation of our corporate goals and bring ideas to the further development of your area. They work closely with adjacent departments and interfaces to promote smooth cooperation.

Qualifications Ideally, you have completed training in the field of forwarding or logistics - alternatively you bring relevant professional experience in a comparable function. They have already gained detectable leadership experience in an operating environment, preferably in local traffic or in MRP. A self-responsible, structured and digital way of working is just as good as your ability to keep an overview even in challenging situations. Communication strength, team spirit and organizational skills are among your strengths. In addition, you have a strong social competence in dealing with employees.
